Terms of Use

Last updated: March 8, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using ARI, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use ARI.

You are responsible for using accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Important Safety Notice

ARI is a reflection and self-help tool. It is not medical care, not psychotherapy, not diagnosis, and not emergency support.

If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact local emergency services right now (for example 911/112 depending on your location).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse ARI. This includes not using ARI to:

  • Break laws or violate others' rights.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other people.
  • Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or service disruption.
  • Probe, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.

5. AI Output and User Responsibility

ARI outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your situation.

You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. For high-stakes personal, legal, medical, or financial decisions, use qualified human professionals.

6. No Trace Mode

No Trace mode is available in supported flows to reduce saved session traces. It lowers persistence, but does not create absolute anonymity.

Technical limits and processing details are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Content Rights

You keep ownership of content you submit. To operate ARI, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transform that content for service delivery, safety, and feature functionality.

ARI software, product design, and system logic remain the property of ARI and its licensors.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time, including limits needed for safety, security, legal compliance, or infrastructure reliability.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if abuse is detected, or if continued access creates legal/security risk.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

ARI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ARI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. The latest version date is shown at the top of this page.

12. Questions

For terms-related questions, use the official support/contact channel associated with your access to ARI.
